Event Horizon
Norfolk company Cirrus UK Ltd has taken the world by storm, by supplying the cast of a Hollywood film with their costumes.
The traditional flying jacket makers are well known throughout the world for their use of a variety of sheepskins and natural leathers and were called on to create futuristic flight suits for the Paramount Pictures film "Event Horizon", where they feature throughout the action.

Dramatic special effects ensured a large turnover of Ventile suits and the original order was increased threefold. The company has recently introduced a rugged line of luggage the Safari, which the claim can withstand any trip, however tough it is, and whilst eighty per cent of the firms output is exported abroad, the quality remains traditionally British.
A spokesman for Cirrus said, "Customers want clothing made of natural substances, to withstand the elements and above all to look fashionable."
